Lovely lobby and lounge, beautifully decorated. Room was spacious and cozy, with great amenities. Convenient location near subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Great overall experience! ✨

I had a wonderful stay at our home in NYC! It was our 10th or maybe 11th visit, and as always, it was perfect. The staff was friendly and warm, from the bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping. The in-house restaurant was fantastic and the rooms were so comfortable, with soft dreamy pillows and beds. We always stay in the same room, and it feels like coming home every time. After a long 22-hour flight from Sydney, it was such a relief to arrive and feel the lovely ambiance of the hotel. The location in Tribeca was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to Soho and the West Village. I really appreciated the hotel's attention to guest security and privacy, and the discreet and responsive service was great. I loved having breakfast and morning tea delivered right to my room whenever I woke up. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

I had read some good reviews about this establishment, others a little less good, and a great article in a magazine that made me want to go there, I wasn't disappointed !!! Cozy lounges including a bar that opens onto a beautiful little patio, perfect for a drink at the end of the day, you can also dine there if you wish. My room, one of the most basic on the 3rd floor but quite large enough, opened onto the patio. Beautiful decoration, simple but tasteful, the Italian shower with "rain" jet a real pleasure, and full of small attentions, bathrobes, slippers, large products and good quality. A reserve of sodas, fruit juices, various waters, and sweets are gracefully offered and constantly renewed. And what to say about the spa with its swimming pool, a magnificent zen haven in the "Balinese" style with also nice attentions.

you come back to the greenwich hotel, you feel like you're coming home a little bit in the huge new york. staff is super nice and helpful, no matter how dressed one enters the hotel. it is an oasis.

rooms are not totally super nice. the lobby and courtyard are very nice. greenwich hotel is not cheap, worth every franc.

Staff friendly, beautifully designed, oasis in city, complimentary sweets and drinks, great care for wedding, comfortable rooms with quality amenities.

Loved the friendly staff, cozy decor, and clean bathrooms. The common room was beautiful and perfect for meals or relaxation. The location in TriBeCa was ideal, with a strong sense of community and plenty of shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The spa and swimming pool were fantastic, offering a quiet and romantic atmosphere. The courtyard garden was tranquil and romantic, perfect for honeymooners or anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

The hotel is located in a great area of the city, with plenty of excellent restaurants and the convenience of walking around. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the homely decor in the rooms to the large and upscale toiletries in the spacious bathroom. We loved the cozy and lowkey vibe of the hotel, with a private lobby, lounge, and courtyard exclusively.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming area, surrounded by a mix of shops and restaurants. We loved taking walks and exploring the neighborhood. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the friendly concierge to the courteous driver of the hotel luxury car. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including complimentary snacks and refreshments. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a spa with world-class services. our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to various transportation options. We can easily walk to the subway or take an Uber to go up or downtown. The hotel is also situated in a pleasant mixed area, which we enjoyed exploring by foot. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated with a charming old-world charm, complete with French doors. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and toiletries in the room.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as some areas were too soft and there were issues with the lights above the bath mirror.

The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and a variety of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and refreshments in our room, a nice touch that added to our overall experience.

That our room lacked a balcony, a bit disappointing as we had hoped to enjoy the courtyard view. we were informed that the courtyard was closed in the evening, preventing us from enjoying dessert and coffee outside, a letdown considering it was one of the hotel's advertised amenities.

This hotel provided us with a truly luxurious and exclusive experience. the staff were very friendly and fulfilled all our needs, making us feel right at home. the spa and wellness centre was amazing, with world-class services that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was both heated and had a shallow end for a comfortable swim. the Jacuzzi was an added bonus, making our stay even more indulgent. the garden area was perfect for some R&R, while the room's exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we experienced was the bar/ lounge area. While the drinks were excellent, the selection was limited, leaving us wanting more variety.
